1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DMPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

DMPilot provides automation tools for Instagram and WhatsApp Business messaging. The service depends on third-party APIs from Meta Platforms and is subject to their availability and policies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind any business entity you represent. Your use must comply with Meta's Platform Policies, Instagram Community Guidelines, and WhatsApp Business Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content prohibited by Meta
  • Use the service for harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell the service without our written authorization
  • Bypass rate limits or attempt to circumvent platform restrictions
  • Use the service to violate any third party's rights

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • Indian users are billed in INR via Razorpay; international users in USD via Stripe
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

7. Third-Party Platforms

DMPilot integrates with Meta Platforms, payment processors, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may affect availability.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.

11. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India for users in India, and the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, for all other users. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
