Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without any cost.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. We'll process it within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — no further charges after that. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time on a renewed subscription beyond the 7-day window.

4. Add-On Purchases

One-time add-on purchases (extra DM credits, AI credits, accounts) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days.

5. Service Outages

For verified outages exceeding 24 continuous hours due to our infrastructure, we provide pro-rated service credits applied to your next billing cycle.

6. Account Termination

Refunds are not provided when accounts are terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Meta's policies.

7. How to Request

Email [email protected] with your account email and reason. We process all eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days.

8. GST Invoices (India)

GST-compliant invoices are sent automatically after each payment. For corrections or additional copies, contact billing.
